I'm a busy mom of 5 kids
Not only that, but I also homeschool those kids. It's tough to spend time on myself and I understand the constant struggle that mothers and other busy women have when deciding to devote time to their own personal health
I want all women to feel strong
I'm incredibly passionate about getting all women to strength train. We have to make our muscles healthy, because they are the muscles of longevity. No matter the stage of life, we have to make sure our muscles are healthy. Those are the kinds of programs I create!

What results will I see?The answer to this question is not a one-size-fits-all. Much like most training programs. You will see the results equal to the time and effort you put into your training or program. This may include but is not limited too... -Creating a consistent strength training habit of 3-4 days per week. -Need to purchase or access heavier weight dumbbells -Lose inches -Gain muscle -Gain confidence
