Who am I?

I'm a Christ-follower, wife, mother of 5, homeschooler, and fitness professional. I'm an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. I also have the following class certifications:  High, Low, Yo, and Tone from HIGH Fitness

I have a strong passion to help other women like myself find their strength and grow into the women God called us to be. Let me help you ge there!

What is SDG

The letters SDG come from the Latin phrase, "Soli Deo Gloria." Translated it means, "to the glory of God alone." Above all else, that is the mission of my company and my life. Glorify God alone above all else that I do.
